Delivery
1.1. The seller confirms by e-mail or by telephone that he is ready to deliver the goods. After confirming that it is ready for delivery, the goods are handed over to the courier, which relieves the Merchant of the risk that is transferred to the courier. The seller is not responsible for the delay in case the delay is due to the courier or other supplier.
1.2. The delivery is made to the exact address specified by the User or to the office of the courier company in the relevant town.
1.3. The user is obliged to provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, at the specified time or to visit the specified office of the courier at the specified time. Otherwise, the Merchant is freed from the obligation to perform the requested delivery. In such a case, the Merchant may cancel the User's next order.
1.4. If incorrect or incorrect data, address, contact person, telephone number are specified when submitting the application, the Merchant is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.
1.5. The delivery of the goods is carried out to the User personally or to a third party after signing the accompanying documents. A third party is any person other than the User who receives the goods upon delivery
specified by the User's address. The goods must be inspected immediately after delivery, and the presence of any defects should be reported immediately to the Merchant.
1.6. In case of unreasonable refusal to receive the goods, the User must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods. In the event that the User does not intend to fulfill the delivery period
specified address or if access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided in this period, the Merchant is released from his obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase.
Prices and payment.
